My role here in the Dominican is to disciple women.  After 5 years our church has several women discipled and they are now discipling others.  The Lord began to work in my heart unsettling me about another type of women’s ministry.  There are women at risk all around us in San Pedro.  We now have a team of women ready and discipled to reach out to these women on the fringes of society.  They are abused and trafficked and God is preparing us to reach out to them and offer them a way to sustain themselves independently of an abusive relationship.

We have begun in small ways offering small industry to women within our church family.  As the Lord grows us and prepares us we are beginning to reach out to women at risk.  Pray for us as we begin the next phase of this ministry.  It is one that God has been preparing us for for years.
