Palms Christian School

In September 2009, the Palms Christian School began. As part of the educational objective of the DR Vision, the Palms offers a bi-lingual, Christian education in the elementary grades and will offer an English-only, Christian education at the middle school and high school levels. The school is positioned to meet a growing cultural demand for education in English. Further, the Christian-based, broad curriculum offerings (the arts, sciences, etc.) will help establish the Palms as a leader in Christian education.

While the school is initially starting small and is located inside the city of San Pedro, our future goal is to build a first-class facility on the 46 acres of ministry property just outside the city. This facility will allow for future growth and development with a target enrollment of nearly 1,000 students.

Adopt-A-Classroom

Palms Christian School officially opened on August 31, 2009.  Prayer and support is needed for a successful start this first school year. One way in which you can be directly involved in supporting Palms Christian School is by "adopting" or financially sponsoring a classroom. We are starting our school with grades K-4, K-5, and 1st-4th grade. This year there are 6 classes available for sponsorship. As a teacher, you may want to involve your kids in missions through this opportunity. As a family, you may want to introduce missions to your children. However the Lord leads, we encourage you to pray for these classrooms and the children that will be attending our school.
