In September 2009, the Palms Christian School began. As part of the educational objective of the DR Vision, the Palms offers a bi-lingual, Christian education in the elementary grades and will offer an English-only, Christian education at the middle school and high school levels. The school is positioned to meet a growing cultural demand for education in English. Further, the Christian-based, broad curriculum offerings (the arts, sciences, etc.) will help establish the Palms as a leader in Christian education. |

The womens' ministry of DR Vision is a part of the local church here in San Pedro. There are several facets to this ministry. The overall ministry is called the Jireh Project and consists of a team of professional women from the Iglesia Bautista Evangelica de Macoris who are commited to discipleship and stewardship of God's resources to help those in need. They offer family budgeting training as well as micro-business training. |

In September 2008, the School of Ministry and Mission officially began. Though not yet an official college, the purpose is to offer a college-level training program for those desiring to serve in ministry. By networking with the Bible department of a major Christian university in the United States, the school is offering the same type of class instruction and depth of learning experience as afforded to American students. The long-term objective is to have the School meld into a larger, liberal arts college which will be established in order to train up future ministry and lay leaders. |

As part of the cultural fabric of the Dominican Republic, baseball plays an important role in the life of the Dominican family. It is commonly understood that baseball is “not just a game, it is life.” The DR Vision is using the passion for the game to open doors for the gospel and introduce players and families to the local church. Currently, nearly 100 baseball players play in one of the ministry’s leagues. Additionally, the ministry conducts baseball chapel for the Houston Astros, Anaheim Angels, and Pittsburgh Pirates Dominican academies. |

The Lifehouse ministry seeks to provide loving, Christ-centered homes for unwanted or abandoned children in order that they may be raised in the admonition of the Lord and become productive citizens and faithful members in the local church. Unlike many children homes and orphanages, which have the feel of an institution, the Lifehouse ministry takes a family-oriented approach. By maintaining Dominican house parents and limiting the number of the children to no more than 12 children per home, the Lifehouse ministry can better focus on the spiritual, physical, and emotional needs of each child. |
